- O2, T-Mobile, Vodafone – feasibility study for an 3-way network sharing between Czech MNOs (Technical stream lead and PMO lead)

- Major telecommunications company – Technical Project Manager for the implementation of changes in IT for outsourcing.

- Major investment company - Commercial due diligence for a major acquisition on the telecommunications market in Czech Republic (fixed networks and frequency auction).

- Major telecommunications company – Technical Project Manager for the implementation of changes in IT for outsourcing. Coordinated selection of requirements for realization within limited budget. Managed team of analysts, selection and coordination of subcontractors during detailed design and implementation of the IT solution.

- Major telecommunications company – Large transformation project with the goal to realize savings after acquisition of a daughter company. Consolidation of savings areas across multiple project streams mainly in IT area in three years horizon. My role: initial setup of the project and preparation of senior and executive management presentations.

- Major logistics company - security audit of system for electronic communication (my focus was network architecture, security including review of several firewalls, routers and switches).

- Major telecommunications company – Design of a new TOM including a new process model that supports realized outsourcing and gathering of business requirements for respective changes in IT systems. Creation of model for vendor management.

- Major telecommunications company - Comprehensive outsourcing advisory - outsourcing strategy, definition of outsourced services, TOM design including design of related processes, SLA / KPI and reports, preparation of outsourcing contract, preparation and coordination of the vendor selection process, evaluation, evaluation of business case, creation of recommendations for executive management decision, outsourcing transition plan and its timely execution. My role: consulting in all areas and project management of the program/project delivery with up to 100 people.

- Major manufacturing company - Revision of feasibility study for the design of new network architecture.

Member of the IT Advisory team - I have participated on the following projects:

- Major bank – Advisory in the definition of authentication methods portfolio for Internet and mobile banking.

- Major bank - Market analysis of solutions for adaptive authentication to help with decision of implementation of such system.

- Major bank - Risk analysis of mobile platforms and risks of mobile banking, consolidation of the results based on the information and recommendations for the bank's strategy in this area.

- Major bank - Comprehensive advisory for redesign of Internet banking - analysis of trends in services, ergonomics, communication and support possibilities. Realization of marketing research to determine the needs of current clients and validation of the recommendations.

- Major bank - Penetration testing - internal and external penetration testing of web applications and infrastructure, configuration review and analysis of security risks (my focus was revision of network architecture, settings, processing of findings in all areas of penetration testing and evaluation).

- Major bank - Fraud detection system - definition of key attributes for monitoring of Internet banking mainly for fraud analysis and recommendations for their treatment.

- Major financial institutions - strategy of security methods for Internet and mobile banking - analysis of trends in the security of Internet and mobile banking, available security methods used in leading European and domestic banking institutions. Creation of complex model for evaluation all of the methods and risks. Creation of recommendations for client strategy.

- Major insurance company - Analysis of the current state of system for fraud detection and prevention in insurance area. Technical analysis of data processing and data model, review of the system functionality and architecture, recommendations for development of the system.

Implementation of various networking and security technologies, design, redesign and management of infrastructure with main focus on Cisco products. I have participated on preposal preparation, implementation projects and also on operations management and troubleshooting. Most notable projects:

- Hospital in Prague - Complex support in design and operations of the company network including routing, switching, wireless network and security.

- Multiple companies - Campus network design/upgrade, implementation, testing, preparation of related documentation.

- Hospital in Prague - initial design, implementation and continuous rollout of large scale NAC (Network Admission Control) solution across 5000+ end stations.

- Large manufacturing company - Measurement and design of wireless network to cover the complete area of the factory.

- Multiple companies - SIEM pilot implementation for presale/testing purposes.

- Large FMCG - Measurement and design of wireless network to cover the headquarters in Prague.

- Health service provider - initial implementation and setup of SIEM solution, preparation of reports for management.

Communication with foreign partners (company presentation, business negotiations, orders, etc.) and PR in english language.
