During the last several years of my career I have been bridging the gap between business and technology. My main points focus are Telecommunications and IT.

Currently I am working on as Group Project Manager in PPF Management where I am in chargo of activities across entire telecommunication group in CEE region (Czech, Slovakia, Hungary, Serbia, Bulgary and Montenegro) including:

  • Overall project portfolio with focus on regional projects
  • Key transformation projects such as:
    • Network sharing
    • BSS transformation
    • Launch of new services
    • M&A (both sell side and buy side)
    • Post merger integration
  • Technology strategy and CAPEX/OPEX
  • And whatever else is needed…

Before I have spent more than 5 years in Management Consulting of KPMG. Our focus was delivery of large strategy or transformation projects to telecommunication operators or financial institutions. My largest projects were:

– O2, T-Mobile, Vodafone – Three-way network sharing feasibility
– PPF – Commercial Due Diligence for O2
– T-Mobile – Outsourcing of build, planning and operations (two year transformation project)
– Major Czech bank – Internet banking security

In my first year of Management Consulting I was also focusing on Information security. Prior to joining KPMG I worked as consultant in system integrator in the area of design and management of computer networks, where I gained the necessary technical experience.

During our projects I was usually taking the role of technical expert and coordinated the Project Management Office to ensure that whole project scope is delivered. My true passion is problem solving and issue resolution. That is why I love the role of Program or Project manager. I have significant experience with presenting to steering committees on VP and CxO/Board level, leading workshops and coordinating project teams.

I have Masters degree from IT which needed to be expanded by more business oriented courses. I have chosen Honors Academia which had large portfolio of management and economics oriented subjects and several extra courses abroad or on Coursera. I’m also holding the PMP (project management), CISA (IT security) and ITIL Foundation certifications.

I’m always happy to meet new people with similar interests or former colleagues. Looking forward to your message!
